Good Copy Isn't Sex. It's Love.

Good copy is like love. Pictures and
color may seduce and woo us. A beautiful sentence may look like a hag next to a
photograph featuring a full color sunset over the Grand Canyon. But visuals are
empty sex without good copy.
Copy describes what you do. Copy persuades people to act. But what makes copy
most valuable is how it builds relationship between you and your market. Good
copy makes friends, provides insights, shows respect, tells the truth and grows
trust. It builds bonds. Ou la la! Sounds like love to me. |
